We have recently enhanced our website to better manage your accounts. Please follow the instructions below.


If you have previously established a user account for online utility bill pay with the City of Oviedo, please enter your complete utility account number (ex. xxxxx-xxxxx) and the password of your previously established user account. The site will prompt you to create a new user ID, identified by your eMail address. Your existing accounts and wallet will be reconciled with this new eMail based User ID. After completing the process and activating your account you will use your eMail address as your User ID to gain access to your account profile.


If you have never previously created an account, please click Create New User at the top and follow the steps to establish a new user account.
